Your data

Last updated: August 17, 2026

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, send you a copy of it, or correct something that is wrong. It is free, and we answer within 30 days — usually a great deal sooner. You do not need an account to ask.

Delete your account

If you have a Nova account, signing in is the fastest route: we can verify it is really you, and the deletion happens immediately rather than waiting on a human.

Checking whether you're signed in…

Make a request

No account, or you would rather we did it for you? Send this and a person will pick it up. We will reply to the address you give us to confirm it is really yours before we delete anything — which is why the form on its own does not immediately erase anything.

Just come off the mailing list

If all you want is to stop hearing from us, this does it on the spot — no confirmation email, no waiting, and no need to prove who you are. We can afford to skip that step here, and only here: taking an address off a list tells nobody anything and takes nothing away from you. Everything above needs checking first because it hands out or destroys real records.

What we hold, and what happens to it

Your rights in full

Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for asking. We never sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that count. Whichever applies to you, the form above is the way to ask, and none of it costs anything.

If we get it wrong, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office. We would rather you told us first: support@novaexhibits.co.uk.
